الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير أثر الإنفاق الصحي على النمو الاقتصادي لعينة تشمل 04 دول من دول شمال إفريقيا خلال الفترة (2000-2018)، وقد تم استخدام أسلوب تحليل بيانات بانل وطريقة (FMOLS) في تقدير العلاقة طويلة الأجل بعد التأكد من وجود تكامل مشترك بين متغيرات الدراسة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي ومعنوي للإنفاق الصحي على النمو الاقتصادي في دول شمال إفريقيا، فعند زيادة الإنفاق الصحي بمقدار %1 سيؤدي ذلك إلى زيادة النمو الاقتصادي في المدى الطويل بمقدار%0.17. Abstract: This study aims to estimate the impact of health spending on the economic growth of a sample that includes 04 North African countries during the period (2000-2018). The Panel Data Analysis and method (FMOLS) were used to estimate the relationship Long-term after making sure that there is a co-integration between the variables of the study. The results of the study indicated a positive and significant impact of health spending on economic growth in North African countries. When health spending increases by 1%, this will lead to an increase in long-term economic growth by 0.17%.
