تبحث هذه الورقة في تحديات الأمن الحدودي الجزائري الوافدة من الشريط الجنوبي المتاخم لمالي والنيجر من خلال القاء الضوء على الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للولايات الحدودية الجنوبية والبحث عن عوامل عدم الاستقرار، وآثارها على تحصين الشريط الحدودي للأمن الجزائري جنوبا، و كذا توصيف لنمط الأخطار الوافدة من الدول المجاورة جنوبا خاصة مالي التي تصدّر تحدياتها اللاثماثلية، والتي لا تعترف بالأطر القانونية أو الحدود الدولية أو احترام السيادة على الفضاء الجغرافي سوآءا تعلق الأمر بالطوارق الذين يشكلون كيانا إثنيا وحضاريا لا يتسق مع الحدود القانونية للدول المتواجدين فيها، أو بالإرهاب والهجرة والجريمة المنظمة التي تفاعلت فيما بينها لتشكل تحديات الأمن القومي الجزائري على حدودها الجنوبية. This paper examines the challenges of the Algerian border security coming from the southern strip bordering Mali and Niger by shedding light on the economic and social conditions of the southern border states, with the aim of searching for factors of instability and their effects on fortifying the border strip of Algerian security in the south, as well as a description of the pattern of dangers coming from countries Neighboring to the south, especially Mali, which issues its asymmetry challenges, and which does not recognize the legal legal frameworks or international borders or respect for sovereignty over the geographical space, whether it is related to the Tuaregs who form an ethnic and civilized entity that is inconsistent with the legal borders of the countries on whose lands they live, or with terrorism, immigration and crime The organization that interacted with each other to pose the greatest challenges to the Algerian national security on its southern borders.
