الأمن الحدودي الجزائري بين تحديات التنافس الدولي والتهديدات الأمنية

الملخص
يشكل الأمن الحدودي المعادلة رقم واحد في أمن الدول، فهو بمثابة الجدار المناعي الذي يحفظ سيادتها، ولذا تعمل الدول جاهدة للحفاظ على أمن حدودها؛ خاصة في ظل بروز تهديدات أمنية متنوعة تجمع بين ما هي تهديدات ذات طابع اقتصادي واجتماعي، بيئي وصحي، وأخرى عسكري، وفي صورة مغايرة تهديدات سيبرانية، ناهيك عن تأثير التنافس الدولي؛ حيث تعمل القوى الدولية على تغذية بعض التهديدات ومجابهة بعضها الآخر حسب درجة التوافق أو التعارض في العلاقات؛ وكذا حجم المصالح وسيرورتها. والجزائر بحكم الأحداث الدولية والإقليمية التي ميزت العقدين الأخيرين، وانفتاح الإقليم المغاربي والمنطقة العربية على عديد التحولات والتحديات، جعل من أمن حدودها رهانا يستدعي اعتماد أكثر من مقاربة للحفاظ عليه. وعليه يهدف هذا المقال إلى البحث في تأثير التنافس الدولي على أمن حدود الجزائر، فضلا عن البحث في المقاربات اللازمة لمواجهة التهديدات الأمنية على طول الشريط الحدودي الجزائري. Border security is one of the important dimensions of security for states, as it is the immune wall that preserves their sovereignty. Therefore, states work hard to maintain the security of their borders. Especially in light of the emergence of various security threats that combine those of an economic, social, environmental, health and nature, military and cybernetic threats, not to mention the impact of international rivalry; Where the international forces work to feed some threats and confront others, according to the degree of compatibility or collision in relations, as well as the level of interests. Algeria, by virtue of the international and regional events that characterized the last two decades, also the transformations and challenges which happened in the Maghreb and the Arab region, made the security of its borders a bet that requires adopting more than one approach to preserve it. This article aims to examine the impact of international rivalry on the security of Algeria's borders, as well as researching the necessary approaches to confront security threats along the Algerian border band.
