The brand plays an important role in commercial activity both nationally and internationally brands represent consumer confidence in goods and services because its represent the quality, reputation and importance of a particular product in the commercial field organized by the Algerian legislator by decree N°03/06 dated in 19/07/2003concerining marks and is a misdemeanor of imitation one of the most important attacks on the brands and spread this misdemeanor or at present Algeria is one of the countries that have been attacked by counterfeit trademarks on this basis Algeria followed the approach after independence, order N°66/57 dated in 19/03/1966 amended by decree N°76/10 dated in 19/10/1976 was issued order N°03/06 dated in 19/07/2003 relating marks and this law came to developed Algiers economic field which it seeks to encourage investments by granting guarantees and providing legal protection to economic agents and after infringement of the mark a lawsuit illegal competition and claim for compensation and the criminal liability of the imitator of the mark which resulted in imprisonment and fin
