E-learning Challenges In Higher Education Institutions-algeria Case Study-

Abstract

Through this research paper we wanted to know the extent to which Algeria can provide a technological and communication infrastructure and how to access universities through the educational process and the emergence of the concept of e-learning. That is, its electronic readiness, and what has been achieved so far through examining the most prominent Algerian experiences in the field of e-learning and the main challenges that face e-learning. The study concluded that despite efforts to provide technological infrastructure and as a result of the loss of control, Algeria’s higher education institutions could not establish e-learning because of various challenges that prevent e- readiness access.
