أثر المتغيرات الوظيفية لبيئة العمل على أداء الأستاذ الجامعي - دراسة حالة عينة من أستاذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتسيير والعلوم التجارية بجامعة الجلفة-

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر المتغيرات الوظيفية لبيئة العمل على أداء الأستاذ الجامعي، وبناءاً على ذلك تم تصميم استبانه باعتبارها الأداة الأنسب للدراسة، شملت الخصائص الأولية ومتغيري الدراسة ب (29) عبارة ووزعت على عينة عشوائية من المجتمع المدروس. وبعد المعاجلة الإحصائية وباعتماد برنامج (spss25) تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها: يوجد اهتمام متواضع بالمتغيرات الوظيفية لبيئة العمل، حيث أن هناك ممارسة متوسطة لأبعادها، بالإضافة إلى أن مستوى أداء الأستاذ الجامعي كان مرتفعاً من خلال أبعاده، كما تم التأكيد على وجود أثر وعلاقة إيجابية بدرجة متوسطة للمتغيرات الوظيفية لبيئة العمل على أداء الأستاذ الجامعي، وخلصت الدراسة أنه من أجل الارتقاء بأداء الأستاذ الجامعي يجب وبالضرورة وجود دعم مستمر من خلال تحسين الظروف الوظيفية لبيئة العمل.. Abstract: The aim of this study was to explore the effect of the functional variables of the work environment on the performance of the university professor, Accordingly, the questionnaire was designed as the most appropriate tool for the study, and included the initial characteristics and variables of the study with (29) phrases and distributed to a random sample of the studied community. After the statistical treatment and the adoption of the program (spss25) a number of results were reached: There is a modest interest in the functional variables of the work environment, In addition, the performance of the university professor was high through its dimensions, It was also emphasized that there is a positive impact and a moderate relationship to the functional variables of the work environment on the performance of the university professor, The study concluded that in order to improve the performance of the university professor must and need to have continuous support by improving the functional conditions of the work environment.
