Résumé : Nous nous intéressons ici à l’enseignement du français dans un espace dit parascolaire. Autrement-dit, professionnel. L’analyse des besoins et des attentes du public ciblé est la pierre angulaire de notre approche pour une élaboration des programmes à l’intention des centres de formation professionnelle. L’étude est réalisée à partir d’un nombre moyennement représentatif de stagiaires inscrits dans la spécialité « Froid et Climatisation » dispensée en langue française au moment où les autres spécialités sont enseignées en langue arabe. Abstract : This study tends to go up, on the one hand that franchi s placed only in a learning framework but it can be designed in a professional setting. Why the choice of this specialty of cold and air conditioning ?Because , quite simply, it is the only specialty that is thaugh in french. At the end of other specialties being thaught in Arabic such as mechanics, sewing,hairdressing, masonry, etc. On the other hand, we try to identify the needs and expectations of the trainees.
