الملخص

The concept of competency approach came as a response to developments that included various levels and cognitive areas, especially ones that have multiple field reflections, which called dynamic configuration is in line with the requirements of renewable and varied life, especially with the technological and scientific development, cognitive galore that necessitated cognitively and methodological consensus to keep up with the scientific revolution by hand and carry consequences.
