Cahiers de Traduction is a peer-reviewed international journal dedicated to the scholarly exploration of translation, having been established in 1993 by the Translation Institute at Algiers 2 University. The journal, with a committed Editorial Board and Scientific Committee comprising globally recognized translators, researchers, and linguists, is published annually in June. Cahiers De Traduction is a digital, cost-free, and fully open-access journal.

The principal objective of Cahiers de Traduction is to cultivate and elevate scientific research within the domain of translation and languages. نحو مقاربة مصطلحية اجتماعية في ترجمة المصطلح الطبي: ترجمة الأطباء لمصطلحات طب الأطفال في الجزائر أنموذجا

الملخص: ملخص: يتناول هذا البحث موضوع ترجمة المصطلح الطبي في الجزائر، في ظل التنوّع اللغوي واللهجي والثقافي الذي تتميز به البلاد وواقع ميدان الطب الذي يُدرّس باللغة الفرنسية بينما يفرض واقع الممارسة المهنية على الأطباء غالبا التعامل باللغة العربية، مما يضطرّهم إلى القيام بدور المترجم المتخصص. لذا أردنا الكشف عن الإجراءات الترجمية التي يتبنّاها الأطباء لتحقيق الفهم لمرضاهم في ظِل هذا التنوّع اللساني الاجتماعي، وكذا عن مدى صحّة القول أن اللغة الطبية لدقّة وصرامة مصطلحاتها لا تجيز للمترجم التصرّف في ترجمته وتضطرّه إلى الالتزام بالمصطلح المُقيَّس. وقد تبيّن لنا من خلال دراستنا الميدانية أن ترجمة المصطلح الطبي تتنوع بتنوع المُتلقّين واختلاف حقائقهم الاجتماعية، مما يجعل الطبيب (المترجم) يتصرّف في ترجمته حسب الحاجة، ولا يتقيّد بالمصطلح المقيَّس بل غالبا ما يتبنّى المقابِلات البديلة المتداوَلة في المجتمع، على غرار منهج "المصطلحية الاجتماعية" القائم على مبدأ أخذ الحقائق الاجتماعية المتعلقة بمستعملي المصطلحات بعين الاعتبار وضرورة استثمار التنوع المصطلحي الناتج عن ذلك بدل القضاء عليه. Abstract: This research deals with the theme of the translation of medical terms in Algeria, in the light of the linguistic, dialectical and cultural diversity that characterizes the country and of the reality of the field of medicine taught in the French language, while the reality of professional practice obliges doctors to treat often in Arabic, which obliges them to play the role of specialized translator. So, we wanted to know what are the translation procedures adopted by doctors to make their patients understand, as well as to reveal to what extent it is true that medical language for the accuracy and strictness of its terminology does not allow the translator to make adaptations in his translation and obliges him to adhere to standardized terminology. But it was obvious to us through our field study that the translation of the medical term varies according to the diversity of receivers and the social facts related to them, which is all in line with the socioterminology approach, which is based on the principle of taking social facts into account related to terminology users and the need to take advantage of the resulting terminological diversity rather than eliminating it.

الملخص: ملخص: الترجمة الأدبية نوع من أنواع الترجمات التي تستقطب اهتمام الدارسين و الباحثين نظرا لطبيعة إشكالاتها وخصوصيات نشاطها إذ تختلف عن ترجمة النصوص البراغماتية (العلمية و التقنية) بحكم أنها لا تقوم على نقل لغة النص الأدبي بمفرداتها و تراكيبها فحسب بل تهتم بنقل المعاني الضمنية و الخلفية الثقافية التي تزخر بها النصوص الإبداعية مع ما تحمله من شحنات عاطفية و أوضاع اجتماعية و تطلعات إنسانية. نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى النظر في كيفية قراءة المترجم للمؤشرات الثقافية التي تحملها الرواية الجزائرية المكتوبة باللغة الفرنسية خلال الحقبة الاستعمارية و بالتالي الأساليب الترجمية التي ينتهجها لنقلها إلى اللغة العربية، مع التركيز على العوامل المساعدة على ترجمة ذلك النمط من النصوص الأدبية بأبعادها اللغوية و الثقافية إلى جانب الكشف عن العراقيل التي تحول دون استيعاب السياقات الثقافية المرتبطة بمجتمع ما و بيئة جغرافية معينة. Abstract: Literary translation is a type of translation that attracts academics and researchers because of the nature of its problems and the specificities of its activity, as it differs from the translation of pragmatic texts (scientific and technical). Indeed, it is not only based on the translation of the language of the literary text, but is also concerned with the transfer of implicit meanings and the cultural background of creative texts. In this article, we attempt to examine how the translator can read the cultural indicators conveyed by the Algerian novel written in French during the colonial era, and thus find translation methods for transmitting them into Arabic, focusing on the factors that help in translating this type of literary text in its linguistic and cultural dimensions, as well as detecting the obstacles to considering the cultural contexts associated with a society and its particular geographical environment.

الملخص: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية قضية أساسية من قضايا الترجمة ألا وهي الترجمة التأليفية وهي تلك الترجمة التي يعمد فيها بعض الكتاب بنقل نصوصهم بأنفسهم من لغتهم الأولى إلى لغتهم الثانية باعتبارهم يتمتعون بثنائية لغوية وثنائية ثقافية تكفلان لهم إنتاج النص ذاته بلغة أخرى. يلقي هذا البحث الضوء على هذا النوع من الترجمة والإشارة إلى عوامل إنجاحها، والفرق بينها وبين الترجمة الغيرية وامتدّ بحثنا إلى الترجمة الذاتية التأليفية والترجمة التشاركية كونهما يفتحان آفاقا رحبة للترجمة، الأولى بالنسبة للباحثين والمؤلفين ثنائيي اللّغة والثانية للكتّاب والمؤلفين بكل أطيافهم الأدبية و العلمية وحتّى أولئك الذين قد لا يتقنون تمام الإتقان لغة المصدر بإشراك شخص آخر في العملية الترجمية وتطرّق البحث للحديث باقتضاب عن الترجمة التكييفية كونها تتشارك مع الترجمة التطبيعية في هامش التصرف المتاح. خلصنا من خلال الدراسة إلى وضع الباحثين والمؤلفين في صورة هذه الممارسة و أدواتها و عوامل إنجاحها.
