اشكالية ترجمة المصطلح السياسي والصعوبات التي يواجهها المترجم خلال العملية الترجمية للخطاب السياسي . دراسة تحليلية وصفية لمجموعة من الخطابات

الملخص
الملخص تدور إشكالية هذه الدراسة حول موضوع ترجمة الخطابات السياسية وكذا المشكلات والعقبات التي يواجهها المترجم من خلال تطرقه الى ترجمة المصطلح السياسي المتخصص في النصوص السياسية عامة، وفي الخطاب الساسي خاصةً، من والى اللغة العربية والإنجليزية. وقد ابرزنا افضل و أنجع الحلول الممكنة لتجاوزها وكذا انسب المعايير التي يتمكن من خلالها الفاعل في العملية الترجمية من خلق ترجمة صحيحة وامينة للنص المصدر-وذلك قدر المستطاع. فالترجمة السياسية هدفها الأسمى هو تقوية وتوطيد التعايش بين الشعوب والحد من تلك الاختلافات الأيدولوجية والثقافية والمصالح السياسية المتضاربة . ويعود سبب اختيارنا لهذا الموضوع إلى اهتمامنا الشخصي بالمجال السياسي بصفة عامة، أما بالنسبة للأسباب الموضوعية فتتمثل في عدم إعطاء الترجمة السياسية حقها من البحث من طرف المختصين، كما أن موضوع ترجمة المصطلحات السياسية من المواضيع الجديرة بالدراسة، والتي عادة ما يصعب على المترجم التعامل معها. Abstract The problematic of this study revolves around the very controversial topic of political translation, as well as the problematic and obstacles encountered by the translator when addressing the translation of the political terms, in specialized political texts, or general ones, from and to Arabic and English. We highlighted through this paper the most effective possible solutions to overcome these obstacles. These methods seem to be the most appropriate criteria by which the subject in the translation process can produce a correct and true translation of the source text - as faithful as possible. Political translation seems to be the ultimate bridge that works at strengthening and consolidating coexistence between peoples and helps putting aside ideological and cultural differences and conflicting political interests. The choice of the topic is due to a personal interest in the political field but also because of the fact that we noticed a lack of interest towards the field that calls for specialized translators, with the importance of the issue of translating political terms, the study is a must and a necessity that can highlight and propose solutions to overcome the obstacles encountered everyday by specialized translators when dealing with political texts.
