الملخص
الجريمة ظاهرة إنسانية اجتماعية وخلقية وسياسية واقتصادية و عالمية قبل أن تكون ظاهرة قانونية. وانطلاقاً من هذا المفهوم نرى أنّها عبارة عن تعبير للموازنة بين صراع القيم الاجتماعية والضغوط المختلفة من قبل المجتمع. فالإجرام نتيجة لحالة الصراع بين الفرد المكتسب لثقافة الإجرام و مجتمع المدينة كوسط ملائم و بوتقة جديدة لارتكاب هذا الجرم،إذ نحاول من خلال هذا المقال الإجابة على بعض التساؤلات الخاصة بطبيعة العلاقة التي تربط المجرم بالبيئة التي يعيش فيها و تأثير النواحي الإيكولوجية بصورة كبيرة على السلوك الإجرامي و محاولة تبيان أنّ العنف و الجريمة هما عبارة عن تعبير لواقع يعيشه الأفراد أم ماذا ؟ وماهي سمات و مميزات الإجرام و العنف في المدينة الجزائرية ؟ و كيف يكتسب الفرد للثقافة الإجرامية في المدينة ؟ و ماهي الآثار المترتّبة على التوسع العمراني للمدن الجزائرية على ارتفاع نسبة الإجرام ؟ . الكلمات المفتاحية :المدينة،الوسط الحضري،الجريمة،ثقافة الإجرام. Crime is a human, social, moral, political, economic and global phenomenon before it is a legal phenomenon. Based on this concept, we see it as an expression of the balance between the conflict of social values and the various pressures exerted by society. Crime is the result of the conflict between the individual who has acquired the culture of criminality and the society of the city as an appropriate medium and a new crucible for the commission of this crime. In this article, we try to answer some questions about the nature of the relationship between the criminal and the environment in which he lives and the impact of ecological aspects on criminal behavior And an attempt to show that violence and crime are an expression of the reality of individuals or what? What are the characteristics and characteristics of criminality and violence in the Algerian city? How does one acquire the criminal culture of the city? And what are the implications of the urban expansion of Algerian cities on the high rate of criminality? .key words: City, Urban middle, the crime, Culture of criminality.
