دور الاتصال الداخلي في تطوير الأداء الوظيفي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمسيلة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الاتصال الداخلي في تطوير الأداء الوظيفي، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على رؤساء المصالح بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمسيلة، حيث شملت كافة البيانات المطلوبة من أجل معرفة دور الاتصال الداخلي في تطوير الأداء الوظيفي، كما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spss لإصدار رقم: 22 لمعالجة البيانات واختبار الفرضيات. وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من بينها: - يؤدي استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الداخلي إلى تطوير الأداء الوظيفي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمسيلة؛ - يساهم استخدام التكنولوجيا في الاتصال إلى تطوير العمل الإداري، وأن الحاسوب هو التقنية الأكثر انتشارا في المؤسسة؛ - للإدارة العليا دور مهم في تطوير الأداء الوظيفي، وهذا من خلال وضع وتبني استراتيجيات من شأنها تطوير تقنيات الاتصال الداخلي. وفي الأخير قمنا بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: - استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة للتواصل مع الآخرين في عملية اتخاذ القرار من خلال الاستفادة منها لإنشاء قاعدة معلومات لتزويد متخذي القرارات بالمعلومات اللازمة والدقيقة في الوقت المحدد؛ - إبراز دور التقنيات الحديثة في سرعة إنجاز الأعمال وتسهيل عملية الاتصال، من خلال عمل دورات تدريبية للعاملين في مجال الاتصالات لمواكبة التطورات الحديثة في وسائل الاتصال This study aims at identifying the role of internal communication in the development of job performance. In order to achieve this, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the heads of departments of the Algerian Telecom Corporation in M'Sila, which included all the required data in order to know the role of internal communication in the development of job performance. Use of statistical analysis software spss for version 22: Data processing and hypothesis testing. Finally, the studyreached a number of results, including: - The use of internal communication techniques leads to the development of the functionality of the Algerian Telecom Corporation in Messila; - The use of technology in communication contributes to the development of administrative work, and the computer is the most widespread technology in the institution; - Senior management plays an important role in the development of job performance, through the development and adoption of strategies that develop the techniques of internal communication. Finally, we made a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: - Use modern communication techniques to communicate with others in the decision-making process by using them to create an information base to provide decision makers with timely and accurate information; - To highlight the role of modern technologies in the speed of completion of the work and facilitate the process of communication, through the work of training courses for communications workers to keep abreast of recent developments in the means of communication.
