السلم القيمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي من وجهة نظرهم أنفسهم -عن دراسة ميدانية بثلاث جامعات من الشرق الجزائري-

الملخص
الملخَّـص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مراتب القيم الدينية والنظرية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية وكذا الجمالية في السلم القيمي للأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري ،حيث قمنا بدراستنا هذه في ثلاث جامعات من الشرق الجزائري هي : جامعة 20 أوت 1955 بسكيكدة، جامعة الأمير عبد القادر بقسنطينة، جامعة باجي مختار بعنابة، وللتحقق من هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 80 أستاذا جامعيا، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية من تخصصات مختلفة: علم النفس، علوم اقتصادية، علوم سياسية، علوم شرعية وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن القيم الدينية هي من تصدرت السلم القيمي لدى عينة الدراسة فالقيم النظرية وكذا الاجتماعية وأخرى. Résumé : L'étude visait à découvrir les hiérarchies des valeurs religieuses, théoriques, sociales, économiques, politiques et esthétiques dans l'échelle de valeur du professeur d'université algérien, où nous avons étudié dans trois universités de l'est de l'Algérie: 20 octobre 1955 Université de Skikda, Université Prince Abdulkader de Constantine, Université Baji Mokhtar à Annaba, Afin d'atteindre cet objectif, le chercheur a utilisé la méthode descriptive. L'échantillon de l'étude était composé de 80 professeurs d'université, choisis au hasard parmi différentes disciplines: psychologie, sciences économiques, sciences politiques et sciences judiciaires. Les valeurs de l'échantillon de l'étude ainsi que la théorie sociale et d'autres. Abstract : The study aimed to uncover the hierarchies of religious, theoretical, social, economic, political and aesthetic values in the value ladder of the Algerian university professor, where we studied in three universities from the eastern part of Algeria: 20 Oct 1955 University of Skikda, Prince Abdulkader University of Constantine, Baji Mokhtar University in Annaba, In order to achieve this objective, the researcher used the descriptive method. The study sample consisted of 80 university professors, who were randomly selected from different disciplines: psychology, economic sciences, political science, and forensic sciences. The study sample values as well as social theory and other.
