الإبداع الإداري: رهان لتحسين الجودة في الجامعات "مقاربة افتراضية "

الملخص
تشكل الجودة مطلبا ملحا للمؤسسات عموما والمؤسسات الجامعية على وجه الخصوص، إذ تعد عنوانا لرقي الجامعات والمجتمعات التي تنشط فيها، نظرا لجودة مخرجاتها التي تسهم في النهوض بعناصر المجتمع من خلال: أبحاثها العلمية، اليد العاملة المؤهلة لتشغل مناصب سوق العمل، الأفكار الإبداعية القابلة للتجسيد إلى مشاريع تنموية هامة، هذه الأخيرة لا يمكن أن تكون دون أن تبحث الجامعة عن أهم الآليات والسبل التي من شأنها المساعدة على تحقيق ذلك، بالتالي تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تأكيد دور تبني الجامعة للإبداع الإداري كاستراتيجية هامة لتحسين الجودة في الجامعات وتجويد مخرجاتها A comprehensive quality urgent demand generally institutions and university institutions in particular, longer addresses demonstrable universities and the communities in which they operate, due to the quality outcomes that contribute to the advancement of the elements of society through: scientific research, qualified labor to fill the positions of the labor market, the embodiment of the creative ideas to important development projects, the latter could not be without the university looking for the most important mechanisms and ways that would help to achieve this, therefore this study is designed to confirm the role of the adoption of the university administrative creativity as an important strategy to improve the overall quality in universities and improving outcomes.
