الملخص: ما لمسته من خلال تجربتي المتواضعة في مجال التدريس أن القوم في سلك التعليم مازالوا وللأسف ينتهجون طرقا كلاسيكية لم تعد تجدي نفعا أمام المد المعرفي والتكنولوجي الرهيب فتراهم يعتمدون الارتجالية في تعاملهم والمناهج المعتمدة الخاضعة لقوالب ومعايير عرجاء لا تساير طموحات المتعلمين خاصة إذا علمنا أن متعلم 2023 يختلف تماما عن تلاميذ الحقب الماضية وعليه كيف يعقل أن تتجمد المعارف بفعل تلك الأفكار الراكدة فيدرّس المتعلم بمقررات أكل عليه الدهر؟! لقد أنهكت المتلقي وأثرت سلبا على نتائجه التي أفرزت طبقة فاشلة مصيرها الطرد، لقد تحولت الدور التعليمية إلى وسائل تسهم في تفشي الأمية وتأخر المجتمع، نسعى إلى إيجاد الحلول الواقعية بعيدا عن الشعارات والتنظيرات الرنانة، كما نأمل إلى ترشيد المعلمين والأساتذة وتحيين البرامج بما يساير آفاق المتعلمين ويواكب الراهن فنلتحق بمصاف الدول الرائدة في التعليم، إن التحصيل المدرسي الإيجابي مرهون بفنيات وإبداعات مدروسة وفق استراتيجية غاية في الدقة تحقق الآمال وتنشئ أجيالا ترقى من خلالها الأمم والمجتمعات. Abstract: What I felt through my modest experience in the field of teaching is that the people in the field of education are still, unfortunately, adopting classic methods that no longer work in the face of the terrible knowledge and technological tide, so you see them relying on improvisation in their dealings and approved curricula that are subject to lame templates and standards that do not keep pace with the aspirations of the learners, especially if we know that the 2023 learner is different Completely from the students of the past eras, and accordingly, how is it possible that knowledge is frozen due to those stagnant ideas, so the learner is taught with decisions that have been consumed by eternity?! It exhausted the recipient and negatively affected its results, which produced a failed class whose fate is expulsion. The educational role has turned into means that contribute to the spread of illiteracy and the delay of society. We seek to find realistic solutions away from slogans and resonant theories. We also hope to rationalize teachers and professors and revitalize programs in line with the horizons of learners. Keep pace with the present, so we join the ranks of the leading countries in education. Positive school achievement depends on studied techniques and innovations according to a very precise strategy that achieves hopes and creates generations through which nations and societies rise
