ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى أثر المقاولاتية في الجزائر على التشغيل خلال الفترة الممتدة (2000 - 2021)، حيث تم استخدام منهجية اختبار الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة ARDL، لإيجاد العلاقة الديناميكية بين تطور تعداد العاملين لحسابهم الخاص ونسبة التشغيل في الأمدين القصير والطويل. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية أو أثراً إيجابياً بين تطور تعداد الذكور العاملين لحسابهم الخاص ونسبة التشغيل إلى عدد خلال الفترة المدروسة في الأمدين القصير والطويل.، كما أكدت دراسة على تطوير برامج تدريبية وتأهيلية للشباب الجزائري في مجال المقاولاتية، بهدف تمكينهم من إنشاء مشاريعهم الخاصة وتوظيف أنفسهم والآخرين. Abstract: This study aimed to determine the extent of the impact of entrepreneurship in Algeria on employment during the period (2000 - 2021), where the ARDL autoregressive lag test methodology was used to find the dynamic relationship between the development of the number of self-employed workers and the employment rate in the short and long term. The study found that there is a direct relationship or positive effect between the development of the number of self-employed males and the employment-to-number ratio during the period studied in the short and long terms. The study also confirmed the development of training and qualification programs for Algerian youth in the field of entrepreneurship, with the aim of enabling them to create their own projects. and employ themselves and others.
