الملخص
ملخص: بلغت إشكالية فلسفة القانون العالمية، في سياق التسامح والأطر الاجتماعية التي ينتظم من خلالها، ومن ذلك تشكلت رغبتنا في تفكيك منظور القانون لتشريعات السلم وخوض مسائلات واقع الممارسة لمحاربة العنف وأيديولوجياته. وفي حدود نظرتنا التأملية في السند القانوني لفلسفة حقوق الانسان تبين لنا عالمية تنظيراتنا التسامح في المواثيق وخوص المشرع مسائل الوجود والعلاقات، غير أن جرأة النقد الفلسفي لها منعرج يتعلق بالوضع البشري وشكلانية التباشير الانسانية بما يتضمنه صراع الراهن من أزمات وتعصب مؤدلج. Abstract : The problems of the philosophy of law have reached universality within the context of tolerance and social law that are organized through. Thus, we have the desire to break down the perception pf international law in the legislation of tolerance and to be engaged in in problems of the reality of practice to fight violence and its ideologies. Within the limits of our over view on the legal basis for the philosophy of international human rights; we have found theories of tolerance in international conventions and the engagement of the legislature in issues of existence and relationships, however; the boldness of philosophical criticism has a turning point related to human condition and the formalism of heralds, including a conflict of crises and ideological fanaticism
