الملخص
يعتبر الإستثمار الأخضر بمثابة التوجه الجديد في القرن الواحد و العشرين لصناع القرار و الشركات و المصارف الإستثمارية الذين يتوسمون في عالم جديد أخضر لمواجهة التحديات البيئية و إستخدام تقنيات مبتكرة لإنتاج المنتجات الصديقة للبيئة و المساهمة في النمو العالمي و تكوين رأس مال طبيعي يتم إستثماره في المجالات البيئية الإجتماعية . ولقد تم إدخال مفهوم الإستثمار الأخضر والتنمية الخضراء في قواعد النظام العالمي الجديد، إذ أصبحت المعايير البيئية من أهم الشروط التي يجب توافرها في السلعة حتى تدخل للأسواق العالمية، وبالتالي أصبحت البيئة فرصة لزيادة الأعمال وفرصة لزيادة الأرباح تقع في جوهر أي مشروع تجاري. Green investment is considered as the new trend in the twenty-first century for decision makers, companies and investment banks who hope in a new green world to meet environmental challenges and use innovative technologies to produce environmentally friendly products and contribute to global growth and the formation of natural capital to be invested in environmental and social fields The concept of green investment and green development has been introduced into the rules of the new world order, as environmental standards have become one of the most important conditions that must be met by the commodity in order to enter the global markets, and thus the environment has become an opportunity to increase business and an opportunity to increase profits that lies at the core of any business project..
