الملخص
نسعى من خلال الورقة البحثية تقديم قراءة في مسار تطور الاعتراف بحقوق الطفل في الإعلام على المستوى الدولي والمحلي، بدء بالإعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان 1948، ومرورا بالاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الطفل 1989، وقانون الإعلام 1982/1990/2012 لمعرفة المكانة التي يحظى بها الطفل واحترام حقه في الاعلام دوليا ومحليا، ومدى الاهتمام بهذه الفئة وإحاطتها بمناخ قانوني يكفل لهم التمتع بحقوقهم، بما يتناسب مع حالتهم الإنسانية، من منطلق أن المجتمع من مصلحته رعاية الأطفال وصيانة كرامتهم وضمان نشأتهم، لأن حماية الطفل عبارة عن التزام جمعي للحفاظ على كيان المجتمع حاضرا ومستقبلا. Through the research paper, we seek to provide a reading of the course of the development of the recognition of children rights and the right to information at the international and local levels, starting with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948, passing through the International Convention on the Rights of the Child 1989, and the Information Law 1982/1990/2012 to know the position enjoyed by the child and respect for his right on the media internationally and locally, and how interesting to this group and surrounded theme by a climate legal that guarantees the enjoyment of their rights, in commensurately to their human condition, on the basis that it is the society’s interest to care for children, preserving their dignity and ensure their upbringing, because child protection is a collective commitment to preserve the entity of society, present and in the future.
