الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل آليات تمويل مراكز البحث العلمي في تركيا من خلال مؤسسة مجلس الأبحاث العلمية والتكنولوجية التركية " TUBİTAK"، كونها تمثل حاضنة لأبحاث خريجي الجامعات ومراكز البحث، من منطلق الداعم المالي لها، على اعتبار أن قرار الدعم المادي يمثل أحد أهم القرارات الاستراتيجية في دعم التعليم الجامعي، بما يضمن الجودة في مخرجات الجامعة واستدامة عطائها بما يخدم التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للبلد. الكلمات المفتاحية: البحث والتطوير؛ تمويل البحث العلمي؛ توبيتاك التركية. ترميز JEL: A2 ; A3; I2, Abstract: This study aims to analyze the mechanisms of financing the scientific research centers in Turkey through the Turkish Scientific and Technological Research Council "Tubi̇tak", as it represents an incubator for students and researchers graduates in the university and research centers as “the financial supporter” , in where the decision of material support represents one of the most important strategic decisions in supporting university education and research, in a way that guarantees quality in the university’s outputs and sustaining its giving in a manner that serves the economic and social development of the country.
