الدعم الإجتماعي وعلاقته بالإحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط.

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف على العلاقة بين الدعم الاجتماعي والإحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) أستاذا وأستاذة، تم إختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وقد إعتمدنا على مقياس الدعم الاجتماعي المصمم من طرف (بناني نايف علي) سنة 2015 ومقياس الإحتراق النفسي لماسلاش، وبعد جمع المعطيات ومعالجتها إحصائيا توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: -وجود علاقة إرتباطية سالبة بين الدعم الاجتماعي والإحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط. -لا توجد فروق في مستوى الإحتراق النفسي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط. -كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الإحتراق النفسي تعزى لمتغير الخبرة لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط. كلمات مفتاحية: الدعم الاجتماعي.،الإحتراق النفسي.،الأساتذة.،مرحلة التعليم المتوسط. The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between social support and psychological burnout among middle school teachers, and the study sample consisted of (100) male and female professors, who were chosen in a simple random way. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and we relied on the social support scale designed by (BananiNayef Ali Ali) in 2015 and the Maslash Burnout Scale, and after collecting the data and processing it statistically, we reached the following results: -The results revealed a negative correlation between social support and psychological burnout among middle school teachers. -The results also showed that there are no differences in the level of psychological burnout due to the gender variable among middle school teachers. -Also, there are no statistically significant differences in the degrees of psychological burnout due to the variable of experience among middle school teachers.
