الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر فئة المعاقين كغيرها من الفئات الاجتماعية الأخرى لها متطلبات تربوية ونفسية وجسمية واجتماعية من أجل استرجاع قدرتها أو بعض منها. كما هي بحاجة أيضا إلى تهيئة الوسط الذي تعيش فيه من أجل اندماجها في المجتمع. ونظرا لتفاقم المشاكل التي يواجهها المعاقين على مختلف الأصعدة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وفي ظل تعقد الحياة وتطورها، وصعوبة تكيف المعاقين مع هذه التطورات التي تتطلب قدرات عالية ودقيقة لمواجهتها خاصة على مستوى الرعاية الاجتماعية تم إصدار قوانين وتشريعات تكفل لهذه الفئة حقها وتوفر لهم الحماية القانونية وتجعلهم يشاركون في الحياة مشاركة فعالة مثلهم مثل العاديين. وهذا ما سوف نتناوله من خلال بعض القضايا والاتجاهات الحديثة في مجال التربية الخاصة. الكلمات المفتاح: القضايا، الاتجاهات الحديثة، التشريعات، الاحتياجات الخاصة. Abstract: Like other social groups, the handicapped are considered to have educational, psychological, physical and social requirements in order to regain their ability or some of them. They also need to be prepared for integration into society. Due to the increasing problems faced by the disabled at various social and economic levels in light of the complexity and development of life, in addition to the difficulty of adapting the disabled to these developments, which require high and accurate capabilities to face, especially at the level of social welfare, laws and legislations have been promulgated to guarantee right to this group, provide them with legal protection and make them participate in life as active as ordinary people.
