الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى دراسة وتحليل الدور الذي تلعبه الاتفاقيات التجارية الثنائية بصفة عامة والاتفاق التجاري الثنائي الجزائري التونسي بصفة خاصة في تطور التجارة البينية وزيادة الصادرات، وسنعمد الى تحليل التجارة البينية بين البلدين ضمن الاتفاق التجاري، ومعرفة تطور الميزان التجاري للبلدين خلال فترين 2008-2013 و2014-2022، قبل الاتفاق وفترة ما بعد دخول الاتفاق حيز التنفيذ. حيث توصلت الدراسة الى ان الاتفاق التجاري التفضيلي يلعب دورا إيجابيا في تسهيل وانسياب التبادل التجاري للبلدين رغم المعوقات والإجراءات غير جمركية التي تحد من زيادة فاعليته، حيث سجلت الصادرات الجزائرية ضمن هذا الاتفاق قفزة نوعية بقيمة ارتفاع 24.7 % سنة واحدة بعد دخول الاتفاق حيز التنفيذ، وحجم تبادل بقيمة 1.7 مليار دولار منها 1.3 مليار صادرات جزائرية الى تونس سنة 2022. This research paper aims to study and analyze the role played by bilateral trade agreements in general and the Algerian-Tunisian bilateral trade agreement in particular, in the development of intra-trade and the increase in exports. We will analyze the intra-trade between the two countries within the framework of the trade agreement, and find out the development of the trade balance of the two countries during two periods 2008-2013 and 2014-2022, before the agreement and the period after the entry into force of the agreement. Where the study concluded that the preferential trade agreement plays a positive role in facilitating and flowing trade exchange for the two countries despite the obstacles and non-customs measures that limit the increase in its effectiveness, as Algerian exports recorded within this agreement a qualitative leap with an increase value of 24.7% one year after the entry into force of the agreement, and the volume An exchange Values1.7 billion dollars, including1.3 billion Algerian exports to Tunisia in 2022.
