أثر إدارة الاحتواء العالي في تنمية التعلم التنظيمي بمؤسسات التعليم العالي في الجزائر

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر إدارة الاحتواء العالي في تنمية التعلم التنظيمي بمؤسسات التعليم العالي، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من موظفي مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الجزائر، حيث تم توزيع استبيان الكتروني بواسطة الإيميل ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وبلغ عدد الإجابات 115 استجابة. وقد أثبتت نتائج الدراسة بعد المعالجة الإحصائية، وجود علاقة قوية إيجابية بين إدارة الاحتواء العالي بأبعادها مجتمعة وتنمية التعلم التنظيمي بمؤسسات التعليم العالي في الجزائر، وخلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة توصيات منها الاهتمام بمواردها البشرية ومشاركتهم المعلومات والتكنولوجيا وتحفيزهم مع ضرورة تنمية التعلم التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. The aim of this study is to be acquainted with the impact of high involvement management on developing the organizational learning in the higher education institutions in Algeria, as this study was applied to a sample of employees of the higher education institutions in Algeria, whereat an electronic questionnaire was distributed through e-mail and social networking websites. Besides, the results obtained from this study, upon statistical processing, proved the existence of a strong positive relationship between the higher containment management with the combined dimensions thereof and the development of the higher education institutions’ organizational learning in Algeria. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, in respect such as paying attention to its human resources, sharing information and technology with them alongside motivating them, together with the need to develop the organizational learning in the institution subject to our study.
