الاحتراق النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين ليلا بالعيادة المتعددة الخدمات بسوق نعمان

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين ليلا بالعيادة المتعددة الخدمات بسوق نعمان ولاية أم البواقي، وَكذا الكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي بأبعاده الثلاث: الاستنزاف الانفعالي، تبلد المشاعر، الشعور بتدني الانجاز الشخصي لدى أفراد العينة حسب متغيرات الجنس، الحالة الاجتماعية وَالمصلحة المعين بها. وشملت عينة الدراسة 44 ممرضا، وَاستخدم الباحثان مقياس ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسي لجمع البيانات، وجاءت نتائج الدراسة كما يلي: إن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى الممرضين العاملين ليلا متوسط. ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي (بأبعاده الثلاث: الاستنزاف الانفعالي، تبلد المشاعر، الشعور بتدني الانجاز الشخصي) لدى أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وَلا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي (بالنسبة لبعدي: الاستنزاف الانفعالي وَالشعور بتدني الانجاز الشخصي) لدى أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية، وَتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي (بالنسبة لبعد: تبلد المشاعر) لدى أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية، كذلك لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي (بالنسبة لبعدي: الاستنزاف الانفعالي وَتبلد المشاعر)لدى أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير "المصلحة المعين بها، وَأنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي (بالنسبة لبعد: الشعور بتدني الانجاز الشخصي)لدى أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير المصلحة المعين بها. This study aims to identify the level of psychological burnout among the night-shift nurses in the multi-service clinic in Souk Naamane in the Wilaya of Oum El-Bouaghi. It also explores the differences in the level of the burnout with its three dimensions, the emotional exhaustion, apathy, and feeling of low personal fulfillment, among the nurses according to the variables of gender, the social status and the clinic working service. The study sample consists of 44 nurses where the researchers employ Maslach Burnout Scale as a tool for data collection. To confirm the hypotheses, the study uses the arithmetic averages and K2 scale. Consequently, it finds the following results: The level of the psychological burnout among the night-shift nurses is of an average degree, There are no statistically significant differences in the level of burnout (with its three dimensions: the emotional exhaustion, apathy, and feeling of low personal fulfillment) among the respondents who are distributed according to the gender variable, There are no statistically significant differences in the level of burnout( for the two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and feeling of low personal fulfillment) according to the social status variable, There are statistically significant differences in the burnout concerning the apathy dimension among the respondents distributed according to the social status variable, There are no statistically significant differences in the level of burnout concerning the two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and apathy among the respondents who are distributed according to the working service variable, and there are statistically significant differences in the level of burnout concerning the low personal fulfillment among the respondents who are distributed according to the working service variable.
