الملخص

We wish to shed light through this study on some aspects pertaining to the strategy of communication together with the relations in one of the national economic institutions, through drawing attention to the ways in which such strategy is published by this institution in its connection with its external environment; likewise, we highlight the way through which it puts into practice elements of its public relations for the purpose of valuating the products thereof and attaining a distinct market shares in light of an economic reality whereat it has shown not to be easy to be located therein. We alike opted to underline the manner with which this institution is dealing with the customer or client for the purpose of creating a motivation for him to get interested in its products and attracted thereto, and what are the means and mechanisms adopted by this institution to essentially attain its traced commercial goals? In light of which, these points shall be provided in full details through our present study.
