تداعيات جائحة كورونا على الاقتصاد الجزائري وسبل تجاوزها

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل آثار الأزمة الاقتصادية الناجمة عن انتشار جائحة كورونا على الاقتصاد الجزائري سنة 2020، ورصد بوادر تجاوزها سنة 2021 باستعمال جداول المدخلات والمخرجات (2019 -2021) المنشورة من طرف الديوان الوطني للإحصائيات . وكذا تقييم تطور الأداء الاقتصادي سنة 2022. تظهر النتائج أنّ معظم فروع النشاط الاقتصادي في الجزائر تأثّرت سلبا في بداية الجائحة؛ حيث سجّلت تراجعا في نموّ القيمة المضافة بالإضافة إلى انخفاض نموّ مكونات الطلب النهائي، وأنّ تجاوز الأزمة الاقتصادية كان مرتبطا بارتفاع أسعار النفط لأنّ الاقتصاد الجزائري لا يملك مقومات التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effects of the economic crisis caused by the spread of the coronavirus pandemic on the Algerian economy in 2020, and to track the signs of its overcoming in 2021 using input-output tables (2019-2021) published by the Office for National Statistics. As well as the assessment of the evolution of economic performance in 2022. Results show that most branches of economic activity in Algeria were negatively affected at the beginning of the pandemic, as they recorded a decline in the growth of value added in addition to a decrease in the growth of final demand components. And that the exit from the economic crisis was related to the rise in oil prices as the Algerian economy does not have the elements of the sustainable development.
