الملخص
الملخص: تعد الإعاقة الدماغية الحركية إصابة عصبية تتسبب في ظهور إعاقة بدنية تتطور وتؤدي إلى ظهور عجز جسدي أثناء مراحل النمو المبكرة للإنسان وذلك في أجزاء مختلفة من الجسم المرتبطة بأداء الوظائف الحركية. الأمر الذي يستوجب إخضاعهم إلى رعاية وعناية تضمن لهم العيش في المجتمع فلهم حقوق تضمن لهم ذلك كحق العلاج الطبي والوظيفي، منحة الإعاقة وحقوق الاندماج في المؤسسات التربوية للدراسة وحق التوظيف. Abstract: Brain motor disability is a neurological injury that causes the emergence of a physical disability that develops and leads to the emergence of physical disability during the early stages of human development, in different parts of the body related to the performance of motor functions. This necessitates subjecting them to care and attention that guarantees their living in society. They have rights that guarantee them such as the right to medical and occupational treatment, disability grants, the rights to integrate into educational institutions for study, and the right to employment.
