الملخص
Archaeological Heritage in Algeria through French postage stamps from 1926 to 1962 Abstract: This article discusses various French issued postage stamps that are representing, directly or indirectly, the subject of the archaeological heritage existing in Algeria. Through an inventory and survey on these postage stamps issued from 1926 to 1962, there were 114 stamps within 32 issues showing the archaeological heritage either explicitly or implicitly. The study answers the main problematic to what extent the French issued postage stamps represent the archaeological heritage existing in Algeria. The study has focused on treating the thematic aspect of stamps without addressing the semiotic communicative discourse or aesthetic aspect. Studied postage stamps include mainly monuments of the various eras (Roman, Islamic…), as well as some archaeological finds such as marble and bronze sculptures In spite of the archaeological momentum found in Algeria, knowing that the French excavations in Algeria were at its height, but we have notices that the issues of postage stamps were very limited and repetitive, this remark requires further studies to know the printing circumstances within its historical framework. الملخص: يعرض المقال إصدارات الطوابع البريدية الفرنسية التي تعبّرعن التراث الأثري الموجود في الجزائركموضوع لها سواء بشكل مباشرة أو غير مباشر من خلال جرد ومسح لهذه الاصدرات منذ 1926 الى غاية 1962 م، تبين لنا ان نصيب التراث الأثري صراحة أو ضمنا تجلى في 114 طابعا بريديا من خلال 32 اصدرا وهو اجابة للاشكالية المطروحة مامدى تناول الطوابع البريدية الفرنسية التراث الأثري في الجزائر؟ ركزت الدراسة على معالجة الجانب الموضوعاتي للطوابع دون تناول الطرح الاتصالي السيميائي أو الفني الجمالي، وقد أشتملت اصدارت الطوابع البريدية المدروسة بالأساس المعالم الأثرية لمختلف الحقبات (رومانية ،عثمانية، ) وكذا بعض اللقى الأثرية كالمنحوتات الرخامية والبرونزية .وعلى الرغم من الزخم الأثري الموجود في الجزائر وخاصة أن الحفريات الفرنسية في أرض الجزائر كانت في أوجّها إلاّ أن مواضيع الطوابع البريدية الصادرة كانت جد محدودة ومكررة وهو أمر ملفت للانتباه ويستدعي مزيدا من الدراسات ومعرفة ملابسات الطباعة انذاك ضمن اطارها التاريخي.
