الملخص

ملخص: إن من بين التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع الدولي في وقتنا الراهن هي الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، هذه الجريمة التي باتت من أخطر ما يهدد الإستقرار السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي للدول، وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى توضيح دور قرارات منظمة الامم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية المتخصصة، وإسهاماتها في محاربة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية من أجل حماية المجتمع من مجموعات المنظّمات الإجرامية الخطيرة، لكن ما يمكن إستنتاجه أنه وعلى الرغم من الجهود المبذولة من هذه المنظمات لمكافحة هذه الجريمة إلا أنه لاتزال هناك عقبات كبرى قانونية وواقعية تحول دون القضاء على هذه العصابات الإجرامية مما يتطلب معه الاسراع في وضع ترتيبات جديدة وفعالة للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة الاجرامية. Abstract: Among the challenges facing the international community today is the transnational organized crime, this crime has become one of the most serious threats to the political, social and economic stability of nations, and this study aims to clarify the role of the United Nations organization and the specialized international organizations, and their contributions in the fight against the organized crime Transnationalism in order to protect the society from a group of dangerous criminal organizations, but what can be concluded is that, despite the the efforts made by these organizations to combat this crime, there are still a major legal and realistic obstacles preventing the elimination of these criminal gangs, which requires it to expedite the establishment of a new and effective arrangements to eliminate this criminal phenomenon.
