التمثلات الاجتماعية للثقافة الصحية في زمن (الكوفيد19) في المدن - مقاربة ميكروسوسيولوجية -

الملخص
يعالج المقال الذي بين أيدينا المتمثلات الاجتماعية للثقافة الصحية في زمن جائحة كورونا(كوفيد19) في الوسط الحضري من منظور الميكروسوسيولوجيا، خاصة في ظل تفشي العدوى السريعة، وهي دراسة نظرية، حاولنا من خلالها الكشف عن المضمر من الثقافة الصحية ومدى الالتزام بالتوعية الصحية بعيون سوسيولوجية، وقد تم لهذا الغرض اللجوء الى المنهج الوصفي والتحليل الكيفي لسلوكات الأفراد وتفاعلاتهم في ظل الازمة الصحية ،وقد استخدم لهذا الغرض تقنية الملاحظة المباشرة ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج اهمها: -غياب الوعي الصحي والتصرف ازاء الأزمة الصحية باللامبالاة - غياب الدور الفعال لمؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في ميدان الوقاية من الامراض المعدية- ان عملية التوعية الصحية لا تتعادى المراكز الصحية والمرافق العمومية ولم تاتي بثمارها في الوسط المجتمعي - أن مخرجات الوقاية الصحية لازالت لم ترقى الى الهدف المنشود - الخوف من المرض والهلع الناتج عن تفشي المرض دفع بالافراد بالتطبيب الذاتي واقتناء الادوية بدون استشارة أهل الاختصاص-عدم الابلاغ عن المرض والتكتم ازاء الحالات المرضية مما شكل خطر على تفشي المرض The study aims to reveal the social representations of health awareness during the Corona virus (Covid 19) pandemic in the urban environment from the point of view of microsociology, in particular the spread of infection, it is a theoretical study , through which we have tried to reveal the implicit aspect of health awareness by pressing the sociological side, and, the descriptive approach and the qualitative analysis of the behaviors and interactions of individuals faced with the health crisis have been used, direct observation on the prevention of infectious diseases the study led to several results, the most important of which are: - the prevention of diseases could not reach its objectives - Fear of the pandemic pushed individuals to self-medicate and to acquire drugs without consulting specialists - the silence towards the disease and not to declare, has aggravated the situation L'étude vise à reveler les representations sociales de la sensibilisions sanitaire pendant de la pandémie de Corona virus (Covid 19) dans le mileu urbain du point de vue de la microsociologie, notamment la propagation de l'infection, c'est une etude théorique, à travers laquelle nous avons essayé de reveler l'implicite de la sensibilisions sanitaire on appuyant sur le coté sociologique, et, l'approche descriptive et l'analyse qualitative des comportements et des interactions des individus face à la crise sanitaire ont a utilisé, l'observation directe sur la prévention des maladies infectieuses l'étude a abouti à plusieurs résultats dont les plus importants sont:- la prévention des maladie n a pu arrivé a ses objectives- La peur de la pandémie a poussé les individus a l’automédication et à acquérir des médicaments sans consulter les spécialistes - le silence envers la maladie et de Ne pas déclarer , a aggravé la situation
