الملخص
شهد العالم نموا كبيرا في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على اعتبار أنه ضرورة حتمية ذات طابع اجتماعي للتواصل بين الأفراد والمجتمعات، ناهيك أن الاتصال يعد عنصرا جوهريا وصلت وسائله وبرامجه كافة المؤسسات مهما اختلفت أهدافها وتعددت نشاطاتها جعلتها تحتل مكانة أو بالأحرى وظيفة داخل الهيكل التنظيمي وموردا أساسيا تعتمد عليه في تفعيل العملية الإدارية وتدعيم القرارات، والاستغلال الأمثل للمعلومات بما ينجر عنها من سرعة في تأدية المهام وتوفير الوقتـ ونحسين مستوى الأداء الفني والنوعي للمورد البشري، ورغم العراقيل والصعوبات التي مرت بها المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية إلا أنها عملت على استثمار تكنولوجيات الاتصال من أجل البقاء والاستمرار ضمن المؤسسات الاقتصادية الناجحة. وهو الأمر الذي سوف نحاول توضيحه في مضمون هذا البحث . The world has witnessed a significant growth in the use of information and communication technology. Considering that it is an inevitable necessity of a social nature for communication between individuals and societies, Not to mention that communication is an essential element whose means and programs have reached all institutions, No matter how different its objectives and the multiplicity of its activities made it occupy a position or rather a function within it .The organizational structure is an essential resource to rely on in activating and consolidating the administrative process decisions, And the optimal exploitation of information, including the resulting speed in the performance of tasks saving time and improving the level of technical and qualitative performance of the human resource, Despite the obstacles and difficulties which the Algerian economic institution went through, but it worked on investment in Communication technologies for survival and continuity within economic enterprises successful. This is something that we will try to clarify in the content of this research.
