تأثير الاتصال على عامل الحوكمة في المؤسسات الوثائقية(المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات)

الملخص
تواجه المؤسسات الوثائقية (مكتبات، مراكز أرشيف، مراكز البحث العلمي،......الخ) في القرن الواحد والعشرون ، مشكلة التعامل مع الكم الهائل من المعلومات بكافة أشكالها ومصادرها التي تتوفر عليها من جهة والزامية الخضوع القوانيين وضوابط الشرعية ضمن خطتها للاشتراك ومسايرة شبكات المعلومات الوطنية والدولية من جهة أخرى ، فوجدت نفسها بحاجة الى ألية اتصالية فعالة متوازنة لتواصل والتفاعل وبناء تلك العلاقات العامة ، لزيادة الوعي والدعاية وتعزيز التفاهم ،و تحسسين أخلاقيات ، وضمان جودة الخدمة ،ضمن قواعد السير الحسن للوظيفة المؤسساتية وعدم تعارضها مع معايير الحوكمة .ومن هنا عالجنا الاشكالية تأثير الاتصال على عامل الحوكمة في المؤسسات الوثائقية(المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات) . Documentary institutions (libraries, archives, scientific research centers, etc.) in the twenty-first century face the problem of dealing with the huge amount of information in all its forms and sources that are available to them on the one hand, and on the one hand, it is obligatory to submit to the laws and regulations of legitimacy within their plan to participate and keep pace. National and international information networks, on the other hand, found themselves in need of an effective, balanced communication mechanism to communicate, interact and build those public relations, to increase awareness, publicity, enhance understanding, improve ethics, and ensure service quality, within the rules of good functioning of the institutional function and not conflicting with governance standards. Here we dealt with the problematic effect of communication on the governance factor in documentary institutions (libraries and information centers)
