دراسة تقييمية لواقع الاتصال الإداري لدى الموظفين في الإدارة المدرسية وعلاقته بأدائهم الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية على المدارس الحكومية والخاصة بولاية غرداية

الملخص
يعتبر الاتصال الإداري أحد أهم المكونات الرئيسية في إدارة المدرسة؛ ويعتبر في نفس الوقت من أخطرها، ذلك لأن المدرسة كمنظومة مكونة من مختلف الفاعلين فيها من الداخل والخارج، يتبادلون المعلومات ويرسلون رسائل فيما بينهم لإنجاز اعمالهم تحقيقا لأهداف المدرسة؛ وقد ساهمت التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تسهيل عملية الاتصال وفي التقليل من الجهد والوقت والتكلفة، لذا نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة واقع الاتصال الإداري وعلاقته بالأداء اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبتوظيف أداتي الاستبيان والمقابلة، فبلغت عينة الدراسة (194) فردا، وتم إجراء خمسة مقابلات شفوية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع الاتصال الإداري والأداء الوظيفي لدى الموظفين العاملين في الإدارة المدرسية بولاية غرداية ظهر بمستوى عال، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.01) بين واقع الاتصال الإداري والأداء الوظيفي للموظفين العاملين في الإدارة المدرسية بولاية غرداية، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.01) في تقديرات أفراد العينة لواقع الاتصال الإداري تعزى لمتغير نوع المدرسة وجاء لصالح المدارس الخاصة. Abstract : Administrative communication is a prominent element of school management. Since the school is as an integrated system, all active partners share information and send messages among themselves to accomplish their work to achieve the goals of the school. Although we are aware of the extent to which modern technology contributes to facilitating communication and reduces effort, time and cost, this study aims to find out the relationship between administrative communication and performance. In order to achieve the purposes of the study; the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method using the questionnaire and interview tools. The sample of the study reached (194) individuals, and five oral interviews were conducted. The study showed the following result: Administrative communication and job performance in the school administration in Ghardaia appeared at a high level. The results also showed a significant correlation at the level of significance (α=0.01) between the reality of administrative communication and the performance of staff in the school administration in Ghardaia. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.01) in the assessments of the study sample member regards the actuality of administrative communication; attributed to the variable of the type of school, and it is in favour of private schools.
