درجة اهتمام الموظفين العاملين في الإدارة المدرسية لإجراءات الحماية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات دراسة ميدانية لمدراس التعليم الابتدائي والمتوسط والثانوي (الحكومية والخاصة)

الملخص
إن تحول العالم إلى مجتمع المعلوماتية وبدخول العديد من الأنظمة واستفادتها من شبكة الاتصالات سهل الكثير من العمليات ومن الإجراءات، وقد استفادت الإدارة المدرسية الحديثة من هذه المعلوماتية لإنجاز مختلف أعمالها بكل يسر وسهولة من خلال الأجهزة وشبكة الأنترنت التي تصل إلى جميع المكاتب، وبالمقابل فإن التطور الحديث والعجيب لمهددات المعلوماتية بات أمرا خطيرا،وصار تهديد الأجهزة أكثر خطرا مما مضى. شهدت الآونة في ظل الوباء العالمي (COVID 19) حركة ديناميكية للتعامل المستمر مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الإدارة المدرسية حيث أخذت العديد من الصور من هذا التعامل كالدخول في مواقع الشبكة العالمية وتنزيل الفيديوهات التعليمية، وتسليم الواجبات للطلبة من خلال الأقراص المضغوطة والمرنة وغيرها من الأعمال، هذه الممارسات قد تشكل خطرا لمختلف التجهيزات الالكترونية ومختلف البرامج الالكترونية وخاصة قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بالمدرسة إذا لم يتم التعامل معها بحذر، لذا نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة درجة اهتمام العاملين في الإدارة المدرسية لإجراءات الحماية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات وبرامجها لدى عينة من المدارس الحكومية والخاصة بولاية غرداية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما اعتمد على أداتي الاستبيان والمقابلة، فبلغت عينة الدراسة (194) فردا، وتم اجراء خمس مقابلات شفوية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع توظيف العاملين في الإدارة المدرسية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في المدارس الحكومية والخاصة بولاية غرداية تراوح بين المتوسط والعالي، كما بينت النتائج أن إجراءات الحماية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في الإدارة المدرسية بولاية غرداية ظهر بمستوى متوسط. Summary;: To what extent the school administration employees are interested in the procedures for protecting information technology. A study case on the public and private primary, middle and secondary schools in the state of Ghardaia. The transformation of the world into an information society, with the introduction of many systems and their utilization of the communication network, facilitated many operations and procedures. The modern school administration has benefited from this informatics to accomplish its various tasks with ease through devices and the Internet that connects all offices. On the other hand, the recent and surprising development of informatics threats has become a serious matter, and the threat of devices has become more dangerous than before. It has been observed recently - during the global epidemic (COVID 19) - a dynamic movement of continuous interaction with information technology in the school administration, for example, surfing the World Wide Web sites, downloading educational videos, handing over assignments to students through CD-ROM and floppy, etc. . These practices may pose a risk to the various electronic equipment and various electronic programs, especially to the school's database if it is not protected, so we are trying through this study to find out the degree of interest of school administration workers in the protection measures for information technology and its programs in a sample of public and private schools in the state of Ghardaia. The study found that the reality of the school administration's use of information technology in public and private schools in the state of Ghardaia appeared at a very acceptable level. The results also showed that the measures to protect information technology in the school administration in the state of Ghardaia appeared at a medium level.
