معوقات ممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي التربوي من وجهة نظر موظفي إدارة مركز التكوين المهني.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة معوقات ممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي التربوي من وجهة نظر موظفي إدارة مركز التكوين المهني بولاية بسكرة، حيث تعد هذه الدراسة دراسة وصفية استخدمت استبانة مقسمة إلى محورين لجمع المعلومات ، وزعت على عينة قصدية قدرها 30 موظف من موظفي إدارة مركز التكوين المهني لولاية بسكرة من أصل187 من المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة، و اعتمد الباحثان في المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام معادلة لاوشي ومعادلة سبيرمان براون لحساب معامل ثبات الاستبيان، والنسب المئوية لوصف متغيرات الدراسة والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة على أنه هناك إقبال لطلبة التكوين المهني نحو ممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي التربوي، وعدم توفر برنامج ومنهاج لتدريس النشاط البدني الرياضي التربوي على مستوى مراكز التكوين المهني بولاية بسكرة، والتوصيات التي يراها الباحثان مناسبة يجب الالتزام باحتساب نقطة حصة التربية البدنية في كشف نقاط طلبة التكوين المهني، بعث النشاط والحركة والحوافز لممارسة حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية من خلال إنشاء منافسات ودورات رياضية ، منح الحرية لأستاذ التربية البدنية لمزاولة تخصص عمله دون تحويله إلى مهام إدارية أخرى، على وزارة التكوين المهني والتمهين بعقد اتفاقيات مع وزارة الشباب والرياضة والدكاترة المختصين والسلطات المشرفة لتنفيذ وتسطير برامج خاصة لممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي التربوي. Abstract This study aims at identifying the obstacles to physical activity in sports education from the point of view of the staff of the vocational training centre's management in Biskra State, This study is a descriptive study that used a two-axis identification to gather information, Distributed to an intentional sample of 30 staff of the Department of the Vocational Training Centre of Biskra State from the original community of study 187, The researchers adopted statistical processing using the Lawshe equation and the Spearman Brown equation to calculate the questionnaire's constant factor, Percentage description of study variables, computational average and standard deviation, The results of the study showed that students in vocational training are welcome to engage in physical and pedagogical sports activity, and that there is no programme and curriculum to teach pedagogical physical activity at the level of vocational training centres in the state of Biskra, The recommendations that the researchers deem appropriate must be committed to calculating the share of physical education in the disclosure of the points of vocational training students, stimulating activity, movement and incentives to practice physical and sports education through the establishment of competitions and sports courses, granting the professor of physical education freedom to practise his work specialization without converting him to other administrative functions; The Ministry of Vocational Training and Vocational Training shall conclude agreements with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, specialized cathedrals and supervising authorities to . implement and streamline special programmes for physical and educational sports activity :Keywords .obstacles ; Educational sports physical activity; vocational training
