الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيان أهمية القطاع الزراعي في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي المستدام، كما نهدف إلى بلورة توجه إستراتيجي متكامل حول السياسات والإجراءات الكفيلة بترقية الكفاءة الإستخدامية للقطاع الزراعي في الجزائر. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطوير آليات التمويل والمرافقة الجوارية للمشاريع الزراعية، وكذلك تفعيل وحسين الإطار التشريعي والقانوني، مع ضرورة تطوير المنتجات المتكاملة مع القطاع الزراعي خاصة قطاع البتروكيماويات، وكذلك تنمية الموارد البشرية العاملة في القطاع الزراعي. ....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... This intervention is aimed mainly to highlight the importance of the agricultural sector in achieving sustainable food security , as well as aiming to develop a comprehensive vision of integrated mechanisms and procedures to be followed to activate the strategy of sustainable agricultural development in Algeria by focusing on four basic themes contained in this strategy , through the activation of ways of financing and the accompanying Neighborhood projects peasant , and modify the structure of legal , legislative and configured to assist in the development of this important sector , as well as infrastructure development products complementary to the agricultural sector.
