Français Nous avons obtenu dans ce travail (l’enseignement-apprentissage de la langue arabe en France) une réponse claire qui nous a démontré que ce processus ne fonctionne pas correctement et que personne n’est satisfait des trois éléments (ni l’enseignant, ni l’élève, ni les parents des élèves). Ce qui intéresse l’enseignant, c’est de toucher son salaire à la fin du mois. L’élève se sent dans un endroit non choisi, ressent ces cours comme un châtiment, quant aux parents ressentent que cet investissement est fait en vain, mais malheureusement n’ont pas d’autre choix. Pour changer ces ressentis, il faut donc trouver une solution qui sera acceptée par les trois partis en cause. ((Anglais)) We obtained in this work (the teaching of the Arabic language in France) a clear answer which showed us that this process does not work correctly and that no one is satisfied with the three elements (neither the teacher, neither the student nor the students' parents). What interests the teacher is to receive his salary at the end of the month. The student feels in an unchosen place, feels these lessons as a punishment, as for the parents feel that this investment is made in vain, but unfortunately have no other choice. To change these feelings, it is therefore necessary to find a solution that will be accepted by the three parties.
