التبرع بالأعضاء البشرية بين الرفض والقبول – دراسة نفسو اجتماعية -

الملخص
الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في عوامل الرفض والقبول على التبرع بالأعضاء، أين تم اعتماد المنهج العيادي كون الدراسة تحليل لموقف حالات الدراسة من عملية التبرع بالأعضاء، وقد شملت الدراسة 6 حالات تمثلت في 3 حالات رافضة كليا لعملية التبرع، في حين كان النصف الثاني من حالات الدراسة حالات موافقة تماما على التبرع، وذلك من خلال مقابلات نصف توجيهية بغرض البحث، وتحليلها بتقنية تحليل المضمون، ومن خلالها تمثلت أهم النتائج في وجود رفض التبرع بسبب النقص المعرفي لموضوع الدراسة، وأيضا الخوف من المرض والموت وخطر العملية، وفقدان الثقة في القطاع الطبي عند بعض الحالات، بالإضافة إلى إشكالية دينية بين جواز وحرمة التبرع بالعضو، في حين كان القبول يخص حالات ذات تفاؤل إيجابي لموقف التبرع ، وهي حالات تميزت بإنسانية وبمستوى ثقافي معرفي لا بأس به ولها نظرة ثقة في كفاءة الأطباء في الجزائر. Abstract : This study aimed to investigate the factors of rejection and acceptance of organ donation, where the clinical approach was adopted, as the study analysis the cases of the study for their position on the organ donation process. The study cases are cases that fully agree to donate, through semi-directive interviews for the purpose of research, and analyzed by the content analysis technique, and through which the most important results are represented in the presence of refusal to donate due to lack of knowledge of the subject of the study, and also to fear of disease, death and risk of operation, and loss of confidence. In the medical sector in some cases, in addition to a religious problem between the permissibility and prohibition of organ donation, while the acceptance was related to cases with positive optimism for the attitude of donation, which are humane cases, have a good cultural level of knowledge and have a confident view of the competence of doctors in Algeria.
