الملخص
هذه الورقة البحثيّة هي محاولة جادّة لتسليط الضّوء على التّحوّل الرّقمي في نظم التّعليم ببلادنا باعتبارها جزءا من منظومة حياة الأفراد، التي لا يمكن تجزئتها. لقد انطلق الباحث من التّعريف بالتّعليم الإلكتروني باعتباره مظهرا من مظاهر التّحوّل الرّقمي؛ وهو جوهر الموضوع؛ وذكر خصائصه، وتطبيقاته في تنمية مهارة حلّ المشكلات باستخدام برامج تفاعليّة على الشّابكة، وكيفية الاستفادة منها في تصميم التعليم وتطويره، بما يتناسب وخصائص المتعلّمين وقدراتهم لمواجهة تحديات القرن الواحد والعشرين. Abstract: This paper research is a serious attempt to shed light on the teaching/ learning systems, digital changes in our country as they are part of the whole people’s life systems. The researcher has started with a definition of the online/ e-learning since it is one aspect of the digital change which is itself the core of the theme. He has mentioned its characteristics and applications in developing the problem-solving skills using interactive programs on the network and the way one gets advantage from it in planning teaching and improving it making pace with the learners’ qualities and abilities to face the 21st Century challenges.
