تطوير المناهج التعليمية وأثره في جودة العملية التعليمية بين الواقع الموجود والأمل المنشود

الملخص
ملخص: لاشك أن العالم من حولنا يتطور باستمرار، والعلوم تتقدم سريعا مما أضفى على العصر صبغة تكنولوجية وانفتاحا على العالم، استوجب تطوير مناهجنا لتواكب متطلبات عصرنا، ولهذا فقد أصبح إصلاح المنظومة التربوية، باعتماد عناصر الجودة الشاملة أكثر من ضرورة تمليها التحديات والرهانات، في عصر يتسم بالانفجار المعرفي المتنامي، وبثورة تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال والعولمة الزاحفة، كلّ هذا جعل الأنظار توجّه إلى المدرسة التي يجب أن تساير كلّ ذلك بفاعلية وتجديدٍ استجابة لحاجات الأفراد المتجددة في المجالات وخاصة في الجانب التربوي. فالدول تسعى جاهدة إلى تطوير منهاجها وتحديثها لمسايرة هذه التطورات الحديثة، ولذلك كانت العملية التعليمية التعلّمية عملية متحركة ومتغيرة تبعا لتغير الحياة، فالمناهج التعليمية مطالبة بمسايرة هذا التغير ومواكبته حتى يحقق التعليم طموحات الأمة وتطلعاتها لحياة أكثر تطورا وازدهارا . فتطوير المناهج مطلب تربوي، واقتصادي واجتماعي يستدعي السّعي إلى تحقيق تطابق المناهج مع التّطلّعات والأهداف المرسومة، فهو يمثل القضية الأمّ في الإصلاح التربوي. Abstract: There is no doubt that the world around us is constantly evolving, and science is advancing rapidly, which has given the era a technological character and openness to the world, which necessitated the development of our curricula to keep pace with the requirements of our time. The reform of the educational system, by adopting the elements of total quality, has become more than a necessity dictated by challenges, in an era characterized by the growing knowledge explosion and the revolution of information and communication technology in addition to globalization. All this made the attention turn to the school, which must keep pace with all this effectively and innovatively in response to the renewed needs of individuals in all fields, especially in the educational one. All countries are doing their best to develop and modernize their curriculum to keep pace with these modern developments. Therefore, the educational and learning process is a moving and changing process according to the change of life. The educational curricula are required to keep with this change to achieve the aspirations of the nation for a more developed and prosperous life. Curriculum development is an educational, economic, and social requirement that calls for efforts to achieve consistency of curricula with the aspirations and goals set, as it represents the main issue in educational reform.
