القيادة التربوية لروضة الأطفال بين الواقع و المنشود

الملخص
تعد مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة مرحلة مهمة و أساسية في نمو الطفل من مختلف جوانب الحياة ، حيث هناك علاقة إيجابية بين نمو الطفل والمثيرات الحسية في البيئة ، فكلما كانت بيئة الطفل غنية بهذه المثيرات كلما كانت فرص نمو الطفل أفضل ، وعليه فإن رياض الأطفال هي الوسط الأكثر تأثيرا في نمو الطفل من جميع جوانبه ، لذلك تعد مرحلة الروضة من أنسب مراحل العمر الإنساني لتكوين الصفات و الخصائص الشخصية المرغوبة لدى الأفراد و ذلك لما يتسم به الأطفال في هذه المرحلة من مرونة و تقبل وطواعية وقابلية للتغيير والتعديل أكثر من أي مرحلة نمائية أخرى ، لهذا نجد أن المربين يركزون اهتمامهم على رياض الأطفال لأنه من خلالها يصبح الطفل قادرا على التلاؤم مع المجموعة التي يعيش فيها و يتواصل معها من خلال النشاط واللعب والحركة ، وهنا يتجلى الدور الهام للقيادة التربوية في إعداد الطفل وتهيئته عقليا و روحيا وانفعاليا واجتماعيا للانتقال من الأسرة إلى المدرسة و ترقية التعاون المنشود بينهما ، وتتمثل هذه القيادة التربوية في إدارة الروضة وكذلك المربية . The preschool stage is a crucial and vital phase in a child's development, encompassing various aspects of physical, mental, and personal growth. A positive correlation exists between a child's development and the sensory stimuli present in their environment. The more enriched the environment, the greater the opportunities for growth. Kindergartens are the most influential medium for a child's development in all areas. Some even believe that a child's readiness to practice community and school life and transition to their professional life is rooted in this early stage. This is because children at this age are more flexible, accepting, and able to change and modify their behavior compared to any other developmental stage. Educators focus their attention on kindergarten because it is through play, activity, and movement that a child learns to fit in and communicate with their group and develop the desired personal qualities and characteristics. A successful preschool experience involves cooperation between the family and the school, and this educational leadership is represented in the management of the kindergarten as well as the educators..
