الحوار ومتطلبات تفعيله بين الحضارات - مقاربة متعددة الأبعاد

الملخص
إن ثقافات العالم اليوم أصبحت متنوعة بتنوع المشارب الحضارية والمعتقدات الدينية ونظم المعاش المشَكِلة للوعي الإنساني، المنصهر من حيث التكوين و العلاقات الارتباطية إلى حد لا نهائي. ولأن البشر محكومون بالعيش سويا في عالم واحد، فقد دعت ضرورات الجوار إلى البحث عن مساحات مشتركة للتعاون والتفاهم عبر تاريخ اللقاء الطويل بين الأفراد والمجموعات والشعوب. لقد تراوحت شبكة العلاقات الكثيفة في هذا العالم بين فترات السِلم و الحرب و الاستقرار و التوتر و التخطيط للمواجهة و صد الغزاة و الجوسسة و حمى التسلح و توازن الرعب و تجنيد الإعلام... مع ذلك، فإن الطرح المذكور يُبطن في ذاته جملة من المغالطات و كثيرا من التشاؤم، فقد وجدت فكرة حوار الحضارات تيارا من المفكرين و الفاعلين الذين تأسست قناعاتهم على رؤية أكسيولوجية للعيش المشترك في عالم أكثر عدلا و أمانا للجميع. إنه طرح ينحاز كليا للإنسان و يستبعد منطق العصبوية السجالية الضيقة، محاولا تبديد الصور النمطية السلبية و الشعارات الحاملة لألوان العداء للآخر الإثني و الديني و الحضاري . و في هذه الورقة البحثية سوف نتناول المرتكزات الوظيفية للحوار بين الحضارات مبرزا في ذلك الدور الذي لعبه المفكرون والساسة في تفعيل مبدا الحوار السلس الهادف الى تعزيز أهمية التنوع الثقافي كمؤشر للتعايش السلمي. Contemporary world cultures are as varied as cultural backgrounds , religious beliefs, and livelihood systems, forming human consciousness, which is relationally and formatively, infinitely multiple. Since human beings are condemned to live together in one world, the necessities of neighborhood have called for the search for common areas of cooperation and understanding through the history of long encounters between individuals, groups and peoples. The network of intensive relations in this world has ranged between periods of peace and war, stability and tension, planning of confrontation, repelling invaders, Spies, Arms race, balance of terror and recruitment of media. However, issue mentioned hides in itself many fallacies and much of pessimism, the idea of dialogue among civilizations found a stream of intellectuals and actors whose convictions were based on an axiological vision of living together in a more just and secure world for all. It is an entirely biased approach to the human being and excludes the logic of narrow tribalism, trying to dispel negative stereotypes and slogans that bear the types of ethnic, religious and civilizational hostility to the other. In this paper we will address the functional underpinnings of dialogue among civilizations, highlighting the role played by intellectuals and politicians in activating the principle of smooth dialogue aimed at enhancing the importance of cultural diversity as an indicator of peaceful coexistence
