التطوع اللغوي بين الواقع والمأمول

الملخص
العمل التطوعي هو عمل اجتماعي إرادي غير ربحي، وعادة ما يتقدم به الفرد طوعاً دون مقابل أو اجر مادي منطلقاً من قناعاته الشخصية، ومبادئه الخاصة ومدفوعاً باحتياجات المجتمع البشري بشكل عام في أيّ مكان وأي زمان. والتطوع اللغوي فيه الإشارة إلى الأعمال التي يقوم بها الأفراد والمؤسّسات طوعاً من أجل حماية اللّغة والدفاع عنها، والصد لكل محاولات الإبادة والتشويه من لغات العالم المعاصر، منطلقين من وعيهم الكامل بأهميّة اللّغة، وحاجة المجتمع في المحافظة على هوّته ووجوده بين المجتمعات. نروم من خلال هذه المداخلة إبراز ماهية التطوع عموماً، وماهية التطوع اللّغوي وأهميّته على وجه الخصوص، وكذا إبراز التجارب العربية والدَّوْلية في مجال التطوع اللّغوي Abstract: Volunteer work is a non-profit, social work done willingly. It is usually carried out by an individual voluntarily without payment or material remuneration, based upon his/her personal convictions, his/her own principles, and motivated by the needs of human society in general at any place and any time. Linguistic volunteerism refers to the actions that individuals and institutions willingly undertake in order to protect and defend the language, and to repel all attempts of extermination and distortion from the languages of the contemporary world, based upon their full awareness of the importance of language and the society’s need to preserve its identity and presence among societies. Through this intervention, we aim to highlight what volunteering is in general, and what linguistic volunteering is, and its importance in particular, as well as highlighting Arab and international experiences in the field.
