الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معالجة موضوع الاستراتيجية الروسية تجاه أوكرانيا من خلال تسليط الضوء على مصطلح جديد ظهر مع تطور أجيال الحروب عبر الزمن، وهو ما يصطلح عليه" بالحرب الهجينة". وتعد الأزمة في أوكرانيا من أكثر الأزمات الجيوسياسية تعقيدا، حيث تمثل شبه جزيرة القرم مسرحا للتنافس والصراع بين مختلف الفواعل الدولية (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، الاتحاد الأوروبي، روسيا). لذلك تحاول هذه الدراسة تحليل المساعي الروسية في فوزها بالمنافسة الدولية من خلال سيطرتها على المحاور الجيوبوليتيكية بمجالها الحيوي الأوراسي، الأمر الذي أثار ردود الفعل الغربية، وذلك بتسليط جملة من العقوبات عليها تبعا لمكانة أوكرانيا في معادلات الطاقة الأورو-روسية، والتي أثرت تأثيرا بالغا في مجريات الأزمة. Abstract : This paper aims to address the issue of the Russian strategy towards Ukraine by highlighting a new term that has emerged with the development of generations of wars over time, which is called "hybrid war". The crisis in Ukraine is one of the most complex geopolitical crises, as Crimea is a theater of competition and conflict between various international actors (USA, European Union, Russia). Therefore, this study attempts to analyze the Russian endeavors to win an international competition through its control over the geopolitical axes in its Eurasian biosphere, which provoked Western reactions, by imposing a number of sanctions on it depending on Ukraine’s position in the Euro-Russian energy equations, which greatly affected the course of the crisis. keywords hybrid warfare, fifth-generation wars, Russian strategy; Ukraine; international powers.
