القطاع السياحي وإجراءات تكييفه مع متطلبات التنمية المستدامة والاقتصاد الأخضر في الجزائر.

الملخص
تبحث هذه الدراسة على وجه الخصوص في حاجة الجزائر إلى صياغة سياسات تتضمن أدوات وأهداف لتنمية قطاع السياحة، الذي أصبح يلعب دورا كبيرا ومتميزا في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي، وتراكم العملة الأجنبية، وتوفير مناصب الشغل للبطالين، بشرط أن يضع تنفيذ هذه السياسات في الحسبان مسألة الحفاظ على عناصر البيئة، بحيث لا يمكن تجسيد ذلك إلا من خلال العمل باستمرار على إزالة كل العوامل السلبية، التي يمكن أن تجعل قطاع السياحة مصدرا من مصادر الإخلال بالتوازن البيئي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي، وهو الأمر الذي يعكس كذلك وجود علاقة تأثير وتكامل بين السياحة و الاقتصاد الأخضر والتنمية المستدامة، وهي العلاقة التي يتم التعبير عنها بمصطلح التنمية السياحية المستدامة،. This study examines in particular Algeria's need to formulate policies that include tools and objectives for the development of the tourism sector, which has become a major and distinguished role in achieving economic diversification, accumulating foreign currency, and providing jobs for the unemployed, provided that the implementation of these policies takes into account the issue of preserving The elements of the environment, so that this can only be materialized by constantly working to remove all negative factors, which can make the tourism sector a source of disruption of the environmental, economic, social and cultural balance, which also reflects the existence of a relationship of influence and integration between tourism and the green economy and development. Sustainable, which is the relationship that is expressed in the term sustainable tourism development Cette étude examine en particulier la nécessité pour l'Algérie de formuler des politiques qui incluent des outils et des objectifs pour le développement du secteur du tourisme, qui est devenu un rôle majeur et distingué dans la réalisation de la diversification économique, l'accumulation de devises étrangères et la création d'emplois pour les chômeurs, à condition que le la mise en œuvre de ces politiques prend en compte la question de la préservation des éléments de l'environnement, de sorte que cela ne peut se matérialiser qu'en travaillant constamment à éliminer tous les facteurs négatifs, qui peuvent faire du secteur du tourisme une source de perturbation de l'environnement environnemental, économique, social et l'équilibre culturel, qui reflète également l'existence d'une relation d'influence et d'intégration entre le tourisme et l'économie verte et le développement.
