الملخص
الملخص: تطور مفهوم الأمن ليشمل مجالات عديدة في حياة الأفراد والمجتمعات، وهو ما يصطلح عليه بالأمن المجتمعي، وكذا الأمن الشامل والذي لا يتأتى إلاّ من خلال تحقيق مسايرة التطورات الحاصلة منها التطور التكنولوجي، واستراتيجيات استغلال الموارد، التهديدات المباشرة والغير مباشرة...، وتهدف الدراسة الى توضيح الأثر المباشر وغير المباشر للأمن البيئي على التنمية المستدامة، وكذا العلاقة القائمة بين المفهومين، وذلك باعتبار أن الأمن البيئي يشكل مجالاً رئيسياً والذي يصنف ضمن قائمة الأولويات الأمنية، لتحقيق حق الأفراد فيالعيش داخل بيئة آمنة، مع مراعاة حق الأجيال الحالية والمقبلة في ظل مخططات التنمية المستدامة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأمن البيئي والتنمية المستدامة مفهومين مترابطين إلى حد بعيد، حيث لا يمكن تحقيق تنمية مستدامة في ظل محيط بيئي غير آمن، وهذا ما كرسته جميع الدول ضمن إستراتيجياتها الأنية والمستقبلية، سواء على المستوى الوطني أو الإقليمي أو الدولي، والجزائر على غرار باقي الدول اهتمت ولازالت تهتم بمجال الأمن البيئي نظرا لما له من أهمية بالغة سواء في تحقيق الأمن بمفهومه الواسع أو في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ويتجلى ذلك في الترسانة التشريعية والاليات المؤسساتية والبرامج التي أعدتها الجزائر. . Abstract: The concept of security has evolved to include many areas in the lives of individuals and societies, which is termed as societal security as well as comprehensive security, which can only come by achieving keeping pace with developments, including technological development, resource exploitation strategies, direct and indirect threats..., and the study aims to clarify The direct and indirect impact of environmental security on sustainable development, as well as the relationship between the two concepts, given that environmental security constitutes a major area, which is classified among the list of security priorities, to achieve the right of individuals to live in a safe environment, taking into account the right of current and future generations under development plans sustainable. The study concluded that environmental security and sustainable development are two closely interrelated concepts, as it is not possible to achieve sustainable development in an unsafe environmental environment, and this is what all countries have devoted within their immediate and future strategies, whether at the national, regional or international level, and Algeria is like the rest Countries have taken care and are still interested in the field of environmental security due to its great importance, whether in achieving security in its broad sense or in achieving sustainable development, and this is evident in the legislative arsenal, institutional mechanisms and programs prepared by Algeria
