الملخص
ملخص بالعربية: لقد أدت الاحداث التي شهدتها دول الشمال الافريقي مع نهاية عام 2010 الى انعكاسات وتهديدات على دول الجوار، ومن بينها الازمة الليبية التي عرفت موجة من التوترات والاضطرابات والاحتجاجات الشعبية في بعض المدن الليبية ضد النظام السائد، حيث فتحت جبهة لعدم الاستقرار في كل الجبهات ما أدى الى تحول هذه الاحتجاجات الى نشوب حرب أهلية في ليبيا وبروز اعمال الجريمة بكل أنواعها والتي أصبحت تهدد الامن الإنساني بكل ابعاده، بالإضافة الى تدفق كميات هائلة من الأسلحة الثقيلة انتقلت عبر الحدود وتوسع وانتشار الجماعات الإرهابية على دول الشمال الافريقي وهروب الاف من السكان لدول مجاورة، بحثا عن الأمان والبيئة النظيفة خاصة أن هذه التهديدات كان لها تأثير على انتشار الهجرة الغير الشرعية. Abstract: The unrest that characterized many countries in North Africa by the end of 2010 ,has resulted in a constant security threat on the neighboring countries fact, the crisis in Libya was at the heart of the global unrest in the region , the Libyan crisis was triggered by great demonstrations showing deep anger against the authorities. gradually ,the prevailing rebellion in some areas was turned to an organized civil war that reached the whole countries addition ,crime has found chaos a fertile area to prosper ,more particularly where consequently ,such chaos has led to a global threat on the human security in the neighboring countries where borders turned to open doors to many groups of terrorists and thousands of refugees who sought shelter in northern countries resulting in serious issues of human rights.
