الملخص
شهدا العالم في ديسمبر2019 وباءًا عابرا للحدود المتمثل في فيروس كورونا كوفيد 19، والذي شكل خطرا مباشرا على مصير البشرية ، نظرا لحصده مئات آلاف الأرواح في فترة قصيرة. وعلى صعيد آخر لقد كان لهذا الوباء تصعيد وتهديد على البيئة وعناصرها بالإضافة إلى تأثيره على أبعاد الامن الإنساني كالبعد الصحي والنفسي إضافة على البعد المتعلق بالأمن الغذائي، هذا ما استلزم من الدول بذل جهود للحد من انتشاره وضرورة التعاون الدولي في هذا الشأن، فساهمت منظمة الأمم المتحدة دورا بارزا في مجابهة هذا الوباء من خلال وكالاتها المتخصصة إضافة إلى الجهود الوطنية. Abstract: In december 2019, the world witnessed the outbreak of corona virus pandamic which crossed the frentiers so rapidly that it constitutes nowadayas tremendous threat human kind. In fact, besides the impct of covid 19 on human health and psychology, the virus has resulted in an accute shortage in food security as well, as a mettre of fact, the authorities of many contries were obliged to make further efforts to stop the spread of the virus and reinforce their collaboration in this context, in turn, the united nations efforts were in line with local and national contributions.
