الملخص
شهد العالم خلال الفترة الماضية تطورات نوعية في اتجاه توظيف التكنولوجيات الحديثة عسكريا، على نحو أحدث تحولا كبيرا في نظم التسليح واستراتيجيات القتال، وهو ما شكل في مجمله ما أصبح يعتبر ثورة في الشئون العسكرية، تحددت من خلالـها أشكال حروب القرن 21. وما يبدو أن تلك الثورة قد انسحبت أيضا على المجال النووي، لكن بأنماط مختلفة، شكلت في مجملها ملامح مرحلة أمنية جديدة، تشهد تحولات انقلابية، علمية وعملية، تتعلق بمعظم المشكلات المتصلة بامتلاك واستخدام الأسلحة النووية في أقاليم العالم المختلفة وعلاقة ذلك بأمن الدولة، في ظل عالم القطب الواحد، الذي تسيطر الولايات المتحدة على التفاعلات الرئيسية فيه. During the last period, the world witnessed qualitative developments in the direction of employing modern technologies militarily, in a manner that brought about a major transformation in armament systems and combat strategies, which in its entirety formed what became considered a revolution in military affairs, through which the forms of wars of the 21st century were determined. The revolution also withdrew to the nuclear field, but with different patterns, which in its entirety formed the features of a new security phase, witnessing revolutionary, scientific and practical transformations, related to most of the problems related to the possession and use of nuclear weapons in the different regions of the world and its relationship to the security of the state, in the light of the unipolar world. In which the United States controls the main interactions.
